This website is operated by Dream Comfort Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dream Comfort Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms do not limit any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your province or territory, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 for online “internet agreements.”

Online store terms

Product information and bedding details

Our store sells bedding and related home comfort products for personal, household use. Product descriptions, images, and colours are provided to help you choose what best suits your space, but actual colours may vary between screens.

Textile content and care details are provided in line with Canadian Textile Labelling Act and regulations, including disclosure of fibre content and dealer identity on labels, to help you make informed choices and care for your bedding properly. Labels and care tags should not be removed or altered if you may wish to rely on them later.

Pricing, orders, and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges.

  • You will see an itemized breakdown of product price, taxes, shipping, and any additional charges before you complete your purchase, as required for online transactions covered by Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or information errors and to cancel or refuse any order if a price or detail is inaccurate, subject to your rights under consumer protection laws.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can process your orders and contact you as needed.

Formation of contract and order confirmations

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing key information about your purchase, including product details, total price, and delivery information, which you can save or print. Your contract with us is formed when we send this order confirmation, subject to any lawful rights to cancel or void the transaction.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order (for example, if we detect unusual or high‑risk activity), consistent with applicable law.

Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

  • Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where consumer protection or other laws require a different allocation of risk.

Returns, refunds, and hygiene

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is displayed on our website before checkout. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Final sale items and used or washed bedding are not returnable, except where required by law.

Because bedding is a personal‑use product, returns must meet our hygiene and condition standards so that all customers receive clean, safe items. Your statutory rights (including any rights to cancel or remedies for defective goods) remain available under applicable consumer laws.

Accuracy of information and marketing

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability information on the website are accurate and not misleading, as required by Canadian marketing and competition rules. If we discover an error, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with or cancel your order.
