Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In its original packaging

In the same cozy condition you received it
Because we’re a small online boutique, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return arrives, our team will inspect it carefully and notify you once your refund is processed.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which helps cover the care, cleaning, and restocking process. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and fairness for all customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:
