At Dream Comfort Co., we're committed to getting your new bedding essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our products are sourced from trusted international suppliers and shipped directly to your door. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Times
• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
• Processing does not occur on weekends or statutory holidays.
• During busy periods, sales, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email as soon as reasonably possible.
Shipping Locations
Dream Comfort Co. currently ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. Some remote, rural, or hard-to-reach locations may have limited service or higher shipping costs. If shipping is not available or practical to your address, we may contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Our products are fulfilled through two primary dropshipping partners:
• CJ Dropshipping (CJPacket Ordinary service)
• DSers/AliExpress (Standard Shipping)
Both partners use reliable international postal services and specialized couriers to deliver your orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier performance. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.
Within Canada:
• Standard Shipping: Typically 10-20 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days after dispatch
• Note: Remote locations in Northern Canada or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
To the United States:
• Standard International: Typically 5-14 business days after dispatch
• Express International: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch
• Note: Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods or customs processing delays
These timeframes are estimates only; carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and customs clearance can affect actual delivery times. We recommend allowing additional time for delivery, especially during peak seasons or to remote locations.
Shipping Options and Rates
• Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected service level.
• For orders over $200 CAD, standard shipping within Canada is FREE.
• For orders over $200 USD, standard shipping to the United States is FREE.
• The full cost of your order, including taxes and all shipping charges, will be shown before you confirm payment, as required by Canadian consumer protection laws.
• From time to time, promotional shipping offers may be available. Any conditions (minimum order value, region, or time frame) will be clearly stated in the promotional details.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available for your selected method.
• Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched.
• For detailed tracking information, visit the carrier's tracking website using the tracking number provided. This is usually the fastest way to see delivery attempts and status updates.
• We are not responsible for packages that have been lost during transit without tracking information; however, we encourage you to monitor your tracking details closely.
Delivery Responsibility
• Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Dream Comfort Co. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
• Packages left at your delivery address without required signature are your responsibility. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or provide delivery instructions to the carrier.
• If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier immediately using your tracking number. We will investigate further if necessary.
Duties and Taxes (U.S. Orders)
• Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by U.S. customs or local authorities.
• These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT collected by Dream Comfort Co. at checkout.
• You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery of your package.
Canadian Orders
• All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST) are calculated and included in your order total at checkout.
• You will not incur any additional duties or customs fees for orders delivered within Canada.
Order Issues and Claims
• If your package arrives damaged, open a claim with the carrier using your tracking number as soon as possible.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information.
• Damaged or lost item claims must be reported within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Special Circumstances
• Holiday and seasonal delays: During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), carriers experience increased volume, which may extend delivery times by 3-5 business days.
• Customs delays: Packages crossing international borders may experience delays during customs inspection. We have no control over customs processing times.
• Weather and natural disasters: Severe weather or natural disasters may cause temporary carrier suspensions or delays.
• In all cases, we will communicate any known delays to you via email.
